# Catalogue extraction sample

This is a demonstration sample, not proof of customer work or a customer outcome. It must not be presented as a real customer catalogue, supplier file, testimonial, or completed paid engagement.

The PDF is an original synthetic layout. It uses public-domain USDA product names only. The SKUs, packs, prices, layout, and outputs are synthetic.

The extraction accepts only the labelled `SKU`, `Product`, `Pack`, and `Price GBP` layout. It does not infer missing fields. Source page references appear in the CSV and `source_references.json`.
